Our platform powers 60 million unique visitors and handles 1.5 billion requests monthly (Cloudflare stats, rolling 30 days). Our backend services and APIs crush it at 15-25k requests per minute during peak times, and we’re just getting started. We’re scaling fast with our in-house CMS (SiteRunner) and gearing up for new call center solutions/CRM with massive planned loads. No corporate fluff here—just initiative, ownership, and results.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs for high-traffic platforms.
• Build scalable microservices to support our growing SiteRunner CMS and new CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver robust solutions.
• Optimize database performance and ensure systems handle 15-25k requests/min like a breeze.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in backend development with hands-on expertise in PHP (Laravel/Symfony) and ideally some Golang (or willingness to learn).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in database design and optimization (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with high-load systems and performance tuning.
• Clean, testable code and a knack for solving real-time problems.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with Cloudflare, AWS, or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CRM or call center solutions.
• Passion for experimenting with new tools and approaches.
