heise marketing is Latvia's leading digital marketing company, part of the Heise Group, helping 7,000+ SMEs build their digital presence. We operate three products:

• heise marketing - subscription-based digital presence for SMEs (~7,000 clients)
• Firmas.lv - B2B company directory with XML integrations
• Cenueksperts.lv - price comparison platform

We are a Siinda member and run one of the most ambitious tech stacks in Latvian digital marketing: Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud), Microsoft Fabric capacity, Power BI - all live.

The Role

As Head of CRM & Analytics you will own the entire CRM and data ecosystem across all three products. You will lead a 6-person team and work directly with the CEO to define direction, set priorities, and deliver measurable results.

Three strategic pillars you'll drive:

• Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud - modernize the sales process. Unified customer profiles, automated journeys, real-time campaign intelligence for the sales team.
• Operations - custom solutions & deep integrations. Backoffice ↔ Salesforce ↔ Business Central. Custom-built flows that unlock efficiency at scale.
• AI from pilot to production - sales & operations. Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, Fabric AI - making AI work in practice, not just in demos.

Your Team

You'll inherit a strong, already-built team from day one:

Analytics (3): Finance/Sales analyst · Marketing & Campaigns analyst · Data Engineering / Fabric specialist.

Salesforce DEV (2): Sales & Service Cloud developer · Marketing & Data Cloud developer.

Integrations (1): System integrations specialist - custom solutions & ETL pipelines.

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• Experience and/or understanding of CRM ecosystems (Salesforce or Microsoft)
• 3+ year experience leading a team or project, clear leadership potential with genuine ambition to grow into this
• Understanding of CRM processes, data architecture, and system integrations
• Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or other BI/analytics experience
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Business analyst skills
• English proficiency (working language: Latvian + English)

Nice-to-have:

• Sales Cloud + Service Cloud experience; Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud a strong plus
• Salesforce certifications (Developer, Architect, AI Specialist)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud / CDP concepts
• Experience with AI-powered CRM or automation (Agentforce, Einstein, Copilot)
• Data warehouse background
