Your Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and identifying potential risks and solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to different aspects of project execution.
- Help drive efficiency by learning and utilizing project management tools and processes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Gain exposure to strategic project reviews and decision-making processes.

- A recent graduate or current master's student in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; other languages such as Spanish or French are an advantage.
- Ability to work remotely with multiple functions and levels
- Strong bias for action
- Knowledge of Perfumery business and technical background (chemistry or science background is a plus)
