Analyst - Consulting c10k AED PM (REMOTE)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a confidential consulting firm specialising in ESG advisory and sustainability investment across the Middle East and Africa. Our client is seeking a highly analytical and self-driven Analyst to support their growth in sustainability strategy, ESG audits, and investment due diligence.

This is a remote opportunity, ideal for candidates with a strong background in research, consulting, or data-driven sustainability roles, who are looking to contribute to ESG performance assessments and responsible investment frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth industry and ESG-related research (GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.)
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data on sustainability and investment risk
• Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
• Support ESG audits, sustainability strategy documentation, and due diligence projects
• Assist in proposal writing, client research, and marketing materials

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in consulting, research, or analytical roles
• Strong skills in data analysis, report writing, and problem solving
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks and global sustainability trends
• Exposure to the Middle East or Africa is an advantage
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a bonus
• Highly motivated, independent, and eager to contribute to a growing consulting practice
