Our client, a renowned creative SME, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join their team. This is a key role at the heart of a quirky, collaborative environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will be agile with a strong grasp of systems and excellent communication skills. This is a super opportunity to work closely with a supportive and flexible HR Manager in a dynamic environment where you can learn, grow and make your mark.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-divisionally to ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are rolled out, implemented and adhered to
  • Act as a trusted advisor and mentor to managers on employee relations, performance, grievance and disciplinary management and development and skills training programmes
  • Advise on best practice, supporting the development and implementation of people strategies and initiatives
  • Create contracts and employment agreements
  • Manage and co-ordinate on-boarding and off-boarding including pre-employment, induction, access control, exit interviews etc
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees throughout all stages of the employee life cycle
  • Support the implementation of company-wide people initiatives through communication, coaching and effective guidance
  • Maintain and update the HRIS and other databases to ensure information is up to date and available to support business planning and decision making
  • Prepare, compile and maintain payroll files to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Participate in and partner with business management team on any ad-hoc/project work such as new systems, new processes and engagement strategies


Key Skills

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • CIPD accredited qualification with CIPD membership desirable
  • Working knowledge of Irish employment law
  • Computer competent and IT literate including HR systems and Excel
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication skills with ability to liaise with all levels of the business
  • Positive and proactive approach
