What we're building

limitless.exchange is a prediction market app we’re scaling to viral, mainstream adoption. We processed more than $170M in trading volume, with a focus on financial markets like crypto, stocks & commodities. We have strong signs of PMF, with 40% 7 day retention among traders and the average trader spending 5.5hrs per week on the platform.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Quantitative Trading Engineer to lead our trading strategy, market-making initiatives, and quantitative research efforts for our prediction market platform. This role is ideal for a trading professional with deep experience in options, futures, and equities, as well as a strong technical and quantitative background in DeFi.

While this is not a pure coding role, the ideal candidate will have the ability to oversee architecture-level decisions and collaborate closely with engineers on strategy implementation. The focus is on high-level trading logic, market architecture, and execution design.

You will

• Develop and execute automated trading strategies, ensuring liquidity and efficiency in our markets.
• Design and guide HFT/MFT bot architecture to improve market presence and execution quality.
• Build hedging strategies across different products, especially around perpetuals.
• Conduct quantitative research and system analysis for market-making algorithms.
• Build and optimize pricing models for derivatives, including options, futures, and structured products.
• Research and implement arbitrage strategies, MEV optimizations, and advanced trading mechanisms.
• Integrate with DeFi protocols, DEXes, and centralized exchanges to enhance market connectivity.
• Work closely with the development team to shape the trading infrastructure and analytics tools.
• Manage post-trade allocation services and ensure risk management protocols are in place.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine product features that align with trading objectives.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in trading, quantitative research, and financial modeling.
• Expertise in options, futures, and equities markets, with a deep understanding of risk and pricing models.
• Strong exposure to perpetuals trading and hedging.
• Hands-on experience in algorithmic trading, arbitrage, and liquidity provisioning.
• Proficiency in creating quantitive models and automated trading strategies.
• Experience integrating with DeFi protocols.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives pricing, volatility modeling, and fee structures.
• Prior experience leading trading or research teams and managing product delivery processes.
