Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the Signavio – Application Development Services role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite and a strong background in application development, process mapping, and automation. This role will focus on driving business transformation by analyzing, optimizing, and supporting the development of business applications through Signavio tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze process requirements.
• Design and model business processes using SAP Signavio tools (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Governance, etc.).
• Translate process models into application development requirements.
• Work with development teams to design and implement process-driven applications.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Ensure process compliance, governance, and documentation are maintained.
• Support integrations between Signavio and other platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Provide training and support to business users and technical teams on Signavio best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the use of Signavio within the organization.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business process modeling and application development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and process mapping.
• Familiarity with integration approaches and application development practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP or Signavio certifications.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes and landscape.
• Experience with low-code/no-code application development platforms.
