Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst (HCM) with strong experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and capable of effectively gathering business requirements, analyzing HR processes, and providing solutions aligned with HCM best practices. This is a remote, offshore position that requires collaboration with global and Arabic-speaking stakeholders.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst (HCM) with strong experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and capable of effectively gathering business requirements, analyzing HR processes, and providing solutions aligned with HCM best practices. This is a remote, offshore position that requires collaboration with global and Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR and business teams to understand and document business requirements.
- Analyze and improve HCM-related processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee data management.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for HCM systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and test HCM solutions.
- Create and maintain process flows, requirement documents, test cases, and user manuals.
- Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams, ensuring smooth communication in both Arabic and English.
- Support data migration, system integrations, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and data privacy regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in HCM projects.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
- Experience with one or more HCM platforms (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.).
- Proficient in writing BRDs, FRDs, and other documentation.
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an offshore/remote setting.
- HCM certification (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Experience working in Middle East-based HCM implementations or with Arabic-speaking clients.
