Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into elegant, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces. This role requires a solid understanding of both design principles and front-end development technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design user experiences that meet business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Implement front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
- Apply best practices for accessibility (WCAG standards) and performance optimization.
- Stay current with design trends and front-end technologies to continuously improve user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or Front-end Developer.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end libraries/frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong skills in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Understanding of user-centered design, design systems, and component-based UI development.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.) is a plus.
- Portfolio of design and development work to showcase skills.
