Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Base24-eps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Base24-eps platform, be proficient in troubleshooting and testing payment systems, and have a good understanding of Guardian and bank integration requirements. This role supports financial institutions in managing and enhancing their electronic payment switch environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support and development for Base24-eps environments.
• Conduct system and integration tests with banks, including certification processes when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Base24-eps application issues promptly to ensure high availability of payment services.
• Utilize Guardian for monitoring, managing configurations, and supporting deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external banking clients to ensure seamless system operation and performance.
• Support deployment, implementation, and production activities related to Base24-eps.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and banking industry regulations during all stages of development and support.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience working with Base24-eps (ACI Worldwide) platform.
• Knowledge of Guardian system is required.
• Experience in testing and supporting payment switch systems.
• Familiarity with ATM/POS transaction flows and ISO 8583 messaging.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with banks or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of Tandem/HP NonStop systems is a plus.
• Experience in EMV, contactless, or digital payment technologies is desirable.
