Responsibilities
- Participate in exploring VLA model technologies and achieving technological breakthroughs;
- Track the latest research advancements in large-scale models to continuously enhance algorithm application effectiveness;
- Actively engage in industry-academia collaboration projects to improve overall project efficiency and benefits.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in computer science-related fields with 3+ years of algorithm research and development experience;
- Outstanding research capabilities demonstrated by academic achievements and consistent publications in top-tier conferences within relevant domains;
- Hands-on experience in VLA/VLM/LLM model training with proficiency in deep learning frameworks like DeepSpeed and PyTorch;
- Experience in thousand-card level cluster deployment and successful project delivery. Preference given to candidates with model quantization and inference deployment experience at leading tech companies.
