Our client is seeking an experienced L&D professional to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess L&D needs and deliver strategic learning solutions.
- Develop and manage training plans, materials, and platforms
- Facilitate inductions, global compliance training, and technical upskilling (e.g., IFRS, Audit Foundations).
- Monitor and report on learning impact and compliance metrics using Power BI and other tools.
- Support professional qualifications (e.g., ADIT, ACCA, CPA).
- Maintain L&D compliance controls and reporting (SOQM, CPD hours).
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in L&D
- Experience in a professional environment
- Proficient in LMS platforms; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Innovative, analytical, and strategic mindset.
- Arabic speaking
