We are seeking a skilled and proactive Scrum Master to lead our teams through the transition from traditional project management methodologies to Agile/Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for Agile principles, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successful Agile adoption in diverse, international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum, ensuring a seamless and effective implementation process.
• Champion Agile/Scrum principles and practices across teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and responsiveness to change.
• Align team efforts with project objectives and organizational goals.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Demonstrated success in transitioning teams from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in coaching and evangelizing Agile/Scrum within organizations.
• Comfortable working in international and cross-cultural environments.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make effective decisions.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required.
