KreativeHR Services is conducting a recruitment process on behalf of one of our trusted business partners - a fast-growing and innovative company active in the renewable energy sector, with a strong presence in Romania and internationally.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their dynamic and professional team. If you're passionate about sustainable energy and want to contribute to the development of large-scale renewable energy projects, we'd love to hear from you!

• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.
• MSc in Sustainable Energy or Project Management is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical infrastructure design and renewable energy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PV Syst, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian Electrical Code and relevant legislation.
• Ability to evaluate ATRs, technical connection studies, and grid analysis.
• Excellent project planning and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Location Bucharest, with travel to project sites as required.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities:
• Design and model electrical connections for PV parks, including grid connection and substations.
• Design high-voltage lines (110, 220, 400 KV) and substations.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation (ATR, building permits, connection studies).
• Liaise with local authorities to obtain all required permits and licenses.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external technical teams and partners.
• Monitor project timelines and infrastructure performance.
• Contribute to the implementation of energy efficiency strategies.
• Generate and maintain accurate project reports and documentation.
