Business Analyst with French

We are seeking to hire a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT development team in the Credit Contracts area. As part of our team, you will part of different activities with the mission of delivering a highly visible project for one of the critical applications of the bank.

💻What you will do:

• Ensure corrective et evolutive maintenance activities for the application of the team;
• Manage the incidents (communication and analysis);
• Operational support : User assistance and expertise;
• Contribute to the 3rd level support, this includes monitoring of the resolution of incident and troubleshooting;
• Contribute to the quality of the application continues improvement actions;
• Conduct qualification test (integration and non regression ) and performance tests (BDDs);
• Ensure recurrent reporting activities and offer deep dive analysis on the data;
• Participate in the translation into technical specifications in collaboration with the development teams;
• Develop and build test cases and take charge of functional tests;
• Participate in the estimation of workload required to achieve the development and unit tests;
• Maintain a good level of documentation for all developments (JIRA, Wikis, project doc);
• Comply with the standards and procedures (architecture, security, quality, documentation);
• Understanding, analyze and translate user needs.

💡REQUIRED PROFILE

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar job profile;
• Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills;
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols;
• Rigorous and very well organized;
• Basic Knowledge of the SQL and capacity to create simple query’s;
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions;
• Knowledge of mainframe systems and environment is a plus.
• Very good command of French, both written and spoken, with the ability to participate and lead French-only meetings.
• Fluent in English.
