Agile Coach

Do you want to work as a Senior Agile coach for one of the biggest financial organizations here in the Netherlands?

About the Role

As an Agile Devops coach, your role will be to drive the continuous growth of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within IT. You will be responsible for overseeing a grid of 20 to 25 teams. You will work directly with two to three teams at the operational level while also focusing on strategic initiatives for the entire grid. Your focus will be on enhancing IT delivery by advising on DevOps competencies and implementing Agile practices at scale. You will bring attention and commitment to improving IT performance by sharing valuable insights and initiating strategic interventions. Additionally, you will foster an engineering culture and develop high-performing teams by cultivating key values and principles essential for success.

Required Skills:

• More than eight years of experience as an Agile coach.
• Professional Scrum Master certificate (PSM 1).
• Agile and DevOps knwledge and experience, preferably a completed training in SAFe, leSS, Nexus or Spotify.
• Knowledge of change management and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge and experience in Lean.
• Organizational sensitivity and collaboration-oriented.
• Experience with working on more than five teams at once.

What's in it for you!

• A gross yearly salary range between €65.000 and €84,000, including holiday allowance.
• Contract form is contracting to perm.
• Hybrid way of working: 2-3 days at the office.
• Visa sponsorship is possible to take over.
