As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and collaboration within our Accessories business line.

Faciliate operational excellence

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive procurement support in the business line Accessories, focusing on improving operational processes and addressing key issues identified in supply chain management (SCM) analysis. You will lead critical operational procurement improvement projects aimed at addressing demand fluctuations, quality issues, and business opportunities.

Your ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives will be essential in driving cost savings and enhancing overall efficiency.

Collaboration is key

You will work closely with project management, supply chain management, sales, and strategic procurement teams to prepare for future needs and ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity and reliability.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a collaborative and analytical professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years in operational procurement, preferably within the electrical or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing procurement improvement projects.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
