Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy UAE National to support our Human Resources team with a special focus on managing and maintaining the HR chatbot system. This role is ideal for someone who understands HR processes and is comfortable working with digital tools to improve employee communication and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the HR chatbot to ensure timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries
- Regularly update and maintain the chatbot’s knowledge base with current HR policies, procedures, and FAQs
- Escalate complex or sensitive queries from the chatbot to appropriate HR personnel
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve chatbot performance and employee engagement
- Support day-to-day HR operations including data entry, onboarding assistance, document management, and scheduling interviews
- Assist in gathering feedback from employees to continuously improve chatbot content and usability
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all digital HR communications
Qualifications:
- High School
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
- Familiarity with HR systems and digital communication tools
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
