About the Role

As our International Benefits Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing and improving our global benefits programs. From configuring Workday benefits and absence plans to ensuring smooth payroll processing and tackling complex employee queries, you’ll be at the center of operational excellence. You’ll also drive process improvements, enhance automation, and collaborate with teams worldwide to make our benefits programs the best they can be.

What You’ll Do

🚀 Lead Benefits Projects – Partner with the Core Benefits team to drive impactful initiatives.

🛠️ Workday Benefits & Absence – Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot plans with our Business Systems team.

💰 Payroll & Financial Ops – Ensure accurate benefit deductions, reporting, and vendor payments.

📢 Employee Support – Resolve Tier 2 benefits queries with expertise and efficiency.

🔍 Process Optimization – Identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows.

🌍 Compliance & Administration – Keep benefits aligned with local regulations and policies.

What You Bring

✔️ 5-7 years of experience in benefits operations, HRIS, or a related field.

✔️ Workday expertise in benefits and absence plan management.

✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

✔️ Experience managing POs, invoices, and vendor relationships.

✔️ High attention to detail and ability to drive efficiency at scale.

✔️ A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation in HR tech.
