PWA Developer

We are looking for an experienced developer for an exciting project where you will play a central role in developing a progressive web application (PWA). You will join a cross-functional team of international and highly skilled developers who share a passion for software development. The team has full ownership of a digital self-service product and is now working on building a new solution to replace existing web and mobile applications.

As a senior developer in this project, you will work closely with a lead developer and the team to design and build the new solution. You will have a central role in creating a user-friendly, scalable, and secure application that meets the needs of the users and follows best system design patterns.

Role Description: You are an experienced developer with a deep understanding of building custom applications. You have strong expertise in both front-end development and system design, with a focus on scalability, resilience, and security. You are proactive and take responsibility for your work, always focusing on improving solutions and optimizing performance. You lead by example and ensure the team adheres to high standards and best practices.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams working around the system. Since the team handles workflows between various applications and microservices, understanding data models and relationships is crucial for developing efficient and functional solutions.

Requirements for the Role:

• Vue.js (version 3) with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Contentful or similar headless CMS
• Capacitor or similar solutions for cross-platform development
• Git (and experience working with pull requests)
• Jenkins
• REST/GraphQL
• JavaScript (ES6)
• HTML5, SCSS
• BEM (or similar CSS naming conventions)
• Bootstrap
• Webpack, Gulp, Node.js, NPM
• Accessibility, SEO, and semantic markup
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Adobe Target
• Interest in UX (or ability to communicate with Designers)
• Experience with front-end unit testing
• Fluent in Swedish is a big bonus
