Networking Project Manager

Requirements

8+ years managing complex IT infrastructure or network-related projects
Take full ownership of delivering the Network Technology Foundation project as part of the broader transformation program.
Lead the implementation of Secure Service Edge (SSE) capabilities in alignment with Zero Trust architecture principles.
Manage and coordinate dependencies across SSE, SD-WAN, SD-Access, and Dot1x, ensuring effective sequencing and operational readiness.
Collaborate closely with stream leads for SD-WAN and SD-Access to maintain synchronized and aligned joint delivery.
Drive knowledge transfer and smooth handover to network operations, security, and architecture teams, tracking rollout readiness, prerequisites, and compliance at each stage.
Ensure adherence to the project’s IT process framework, including governance structures, delivery methodologies, and decision checkpoints.
Oversee the rollout of Dot1x as a foundational security layer to support identity-aware access across the network estate.
Guarantee all project activities align with IT Security standards, architectural blueprints, and business objectives.
Maintain full visibility and control over project plans, resource allocation, milestones, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
Deliver regular status reports and updates to the program team, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
Support coordination and delivery alignment with external vendors and suppliers (e.g., Cisco, Skyhigh integrators).
Ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to operational teams for seamless support post-rollout.
Proven experience coordinating multiple workstreams within a program delivery context.
Direct involvement in network access control, security framework implementations, or Zero Trust initiatives.
Strong understanding of operational delivery models, particularly across multi-site or regional network environments.
Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional collaboration, drive accountability, and deliver business-aligned outcomes.
