We are an agile, horizontal team within a larger holding company, focused on developing cutting-edge payment gateway solutions and other fintech products. Our team values collaboration, technical excellence, and a results-driven approach, working closely with internal clients who provide banking, acquiring, and electronic money services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project leadership: from inception to delivery
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, scope, and change requests
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Oversee payment integrations: SEPA, SWIFT, card transactions (VISA, Mastercard)
• Building effective processes of interaction between teams and external partners
• Prepare and maintain documentation, procedures, project plans, and reports
• Track progress and maintain visibility
• Ensure alignment with internal standards, security, and regulatory requirements
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in fintech or banking environment
• Strong knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, card transaction processing, and payment infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with VISA and Mastercard integration projects
• Solid understanding of core banking back-office operations and architecture
• Familiarity with compliance and security standards
• Experience using project management tools
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken

• Experience working with or supporting the Principal Membership application process (VISA / Mastercard)
• Background in integrating with payment gateways, processors, or core banking platforms

Salary range:

5000-7000 EUR gross per month
