Tech lead/ Technical Project manager [Digital Asset | Crypto | Trading]

Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction sets them apart in the competitive landscape of digital finance. They are currently seeking for a Head of Java development lead (Team lead).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale technology initiatives across cross-functional teams for enhancing crypto trading platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to estimate project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Design and monitor metrics to drive data-informed decision-making for initiative goals.
• Coordinate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries, balancing tech and business priorities effectively.
• Facilitate documentation creation for different audiences and maintain deployment workflows for seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in project and program management within software applications environments.
• Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with experience as a Scrum Master being advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders across various business units.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adept at aligning disparate groups towards common objectives.
• Proficient in facilitating meetings, summarizing documentation, setting up processes, and driving automation.
• Skilled in knowledge discovery and guiding teams in transforming knowledge for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in verbal and written English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
• Experience with tools like JIRA/Confluence; certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, ACP are preferred.
