Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in commercial construction projects such as malls, office complexes, IT parks, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of construction activities as per project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare baseline programs, lookahead schedules, and monthly progress updates.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and contractors to monitor and update progress.
• Ensure timely procurement and resource planning to meet project timelines.
• Generate and review MIS reports, dashboard updates, and weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Track and report project KPIs to highlight progress and areas of concern.
• Work closely with the design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure synchronization.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings, presenting project status and updates.

Key Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, and other planning tools.
• Strong understanding of commercial building construction processes.
