Role Overview:

We are looking for an inspiring and visionary Director of Strategic Communications to lead and evolve our global communication strategy. As a key member of the leadership team, you will shape the narrative of our brand, amplify our voice across multiple stakeholder groups, and ensure alignment between communication efforts and overarching business objectives. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can balance strategic oversight with a deep understanding of execution, while driving cross-functional collaboration across marketing, investor relations, executive leadership, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Define and lead a holistic communication strategy that supports corporate vision, business priorities, and community growth
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing guidance on messaging, reputation management, and internal alignment
• Lead crisis communication planning and execution, ensuring brand integrity and trust are preserved under all scenarios
  
  

Executive & Investor Communications

• Oversee high-impact messaging for executive leadership, including speeches, investor materials, and thought leadership platforms
• Collaborate with Investor Relations to ensure strategic alignment and clarity in communications to financial stakeholders
  
  

Brand Storytelling & Media Relations

• Elevate the company’s brand presence through compelling narratives and proactive media strategies
• Cultivate relationships with top-tier media, industry analysts, and influencers to position the company as a market leader
  
  

Organizational Communication & Culture

• Lead internal communication strategies that foster a unified culture, drive engagement, and support change management initiatives
• Mentor and grow a high-performing communications team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
  
  

Insights & Performance

• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives across channels
• Leverage insights to refine messaging and inform strategic direction
  
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role
• Strong track record in high-growth environments, ideally within fintech, blockchain, or emerging technology sectors
• Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging
• Experience advising executive leadership and managing cross-functional communication efforts at scale
• Deep understanding of media dynamics, stakeholder management, and brand positioning
• Data-driven mindset with experience in communication analytics and performance measurement
• Fluency in the language and dynamics of the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem is a strong advantage
