As we expand our strategic capabilities in Latin America, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Research & Market Advisory | Web3, Crypto & Digital Assets professional to lead in-depth market analysis, investment research, and strategic advisory across the Web3 ecosystem. This is a fully remote position based in Brazil.

• Conduct deep-dive research into Web3, blockchain, crypto markets, and digital asset ecosystems.
• Analyze macroeconomic trends, regulatory developments, and market cycles impacting crypto and decentralized technologies.
• Identify emerging narratives, sectors, and investment opportunities across DeFi, NFTs, infrastructure, and tokenized assets.
• Build structured research reports and strategic insights for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Support investment and venture decision-making through data-driven analysis and scenario modeling.
• Monitor on-chain data, token performance, liquidity flows, and ecosystem growth indicators.
• Collaborate with investment, product, and strategy teams to translate research into actionable initiatives.
• Track competitor ecosystems, protocols, and market positioning to identify strategic advantages.

• Proven experience in crypto research, market analysis, investment advisory, or Web3 strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, tokenomics, DeFi structures, and digital asset markets.
• Advanced analytical and research skills with experience interpreting on-chain and financial data.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured insights and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong independent working ability in a remote-first environment.
• Background in finance, economics, data analysis, or strategy consulting is a strong plus.
