We have an exciting new role for a Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM), where you'll collaborate with various departments to develop and implement innovative technology strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall performance.

In this critical role, you'll work closely with both office and store teams, ensuring technology initiatives drive innovation and meet business priorities. You'll be the key link between operational needs and IT solutions, contributing to the success and growth of the company.

This is a Hybrid role with 3-4 days a week onsite in Lytham. You will be working with a well established business which is heavily investing in it's digital transformation. This role is a hybrid between a Business Analyst and a Project Manager and could potentially lean a little more towards a BA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Alignment: Act as the main liaison between departments and IT, ensuring technology strategies are aligned with business objectives.
• Technology Solutions Development: Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, collaborating with IT on scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Project Management: Lead and manage technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing improvements that boost efficiency and productivity.
