Senior Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Business Analyst to join a dynamic team in Luxembourg. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in business analysis, system design, and data management, particularly within the finance or investment sectors, and with hands-on experience in eFront.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement solutions for complex fund structures, primarily using the eFront platform. You will also play a crucial role in training both analysts and developers, ensuring effective communication of technical challenges, and contributing to strategic projects focused on platform optimization and data/reporting improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Management:

• Lead strategic initiatives focused on platform optimization and data/reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with support teams to drive problem-solving and efficient troubleshooting.
• Manage critical projects to ensure alignment with business goals.

Analysis & Design:

• Develop comprehensive documentation outlining methodologies, business processes, and solutions.
• Review and prioritize business requests, collaborating with teams to address processing needs.
• Lead data-related initiatives aimed at improving reporting processes and enhancing data quality.

Technical:

• Support eFront platform configuration for key projects and system enhancements.
• Guide developers through the build process and ensure smooth system implementation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational procedures to maximize platform efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5+ years in systems development, with specific experience in eFront (e.g., eFront Invest, eFront DWH, ICX) or similar investment platforms.

Skills:

• Strong experience with eFront and its products, as well as proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
• Expertise in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Cognos).

Additional Requirements:

• Background in financial operations (e.g., Accounting, Transfer Agency, or Custody).
• Client-facing experience and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
