In this leadership role, you will oversee the design, development, and execution of scalable and high-performance applications while mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-grade applications.
- Guide and mentor development teams to ensure high-quality coding standards and best practices.
- Develop efficient back-end solutions with PHP, Laravel, Postgres, and SQL.
- Design and implement dynamic and intuitive user interfaces using Vue.js and JavaScript.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
- Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and architectural advancements.
- 15-20 years of experience in full stack development and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in PHP, Laravel, Postgres, SQL, Vue.js, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and scalable system design.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Ability to drive technical decision-making and implement best practices.
- Experience in database optimization and efficient query structuring.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and containerization (Docker).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
