The Role:

• A leading ASX-Listed firm are looking for a Senior UI Designer to lead the design of their Applications & Website.
• Permanent Role
• 3 days in the office in South-Central Sydney

Your Responsibilities:

• You will take a leadership role in shaping the visual identity of their platform products, including modern apps and responsive websites
• Create, refine, and manage a robust design system in Figma, ensuring reusable UI components for consistent design patterns.
• Conduct design reviews, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and UI best practices.
• Partner with product managers and UX teams to ensure alignment between user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design handoffs and maintain visual consistency across different platforms.

About You:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in UI design, with a primary focus on mobile apps and responsive web platforms.
• Expertise in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.
• Exceptional communication skills for team collaboration and articulating design rationale.
