GTM Manager

Scope of duties:

• co-creating the overall Go-To-Market strategy for the assigned brand for all product categories, preparing the brand's products for launch, managing quarterly and long-term business planning in collaboration with the brand managers in Poland
• responsibility for meeting sales and profitability guidelines for the product category, competitor and brand portfolio analysis and product portfolio decision making to define market opportunities and product lifecycle development
• liaise overseas with regional product divisions and locally with marketing, finance, sales and supply chain areas to develop local business
• supporting sales managers, collaborating on sales strategy and execution of plans in partner channels, e-commerce and distribution
• ad hoc sales support in day-to-day operations and duties
• close cooperations with managers and HQ in China

Requirements:

• higher education
• at least 2 years of work experience on the same/similar position
• knowledge of English and Chinese language is required
• strong analytical skills
• good communication skills
• ability to act independently

Optional:

• knowledge of Polish language
• work experience in telecom sector
