Position: Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Gdańsk / Gdynia / Warsaw, Poland – Hybrid (2 days per week)

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and deploying ML models at scale – from training to implementation
• Creating and optimizing data pipelines using Big Data tech (Hadoop, Spark)
• Performing deep data analysis and model testing to drive actionable insights
• Building and maintaining data-centric services in collaboration with engineering teams
• Leveraging version control best practices (GIT/Bitbucket) for clean, scalable code
• Collaborating across Agile/Safe environments to deliver high-impact solutions

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience
• 4+ years working with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and pipeline processing
• 4+ years in machine learning and data science modeling
• 3+ years of strong SQL skills (T-SQL, PL/SQL, Spark SQL)
• Experience working with Hadoop ecosystem, real-time big data processing (Hive, etc.)
• Solid grasp of GIT/Bitbucket for version control

💎 Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Generative AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or multimodal architectures
• Background in Scala and/or MLOps
• Familiarity with microservices architecture (authentication, decoupling, etc.)
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous methods
• Exposure to Agile/Safe frameworks
