Below are the job roles and descriptions:

Role1:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Trainee

• Complete all relevant courses to enhance knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on:
• Comprehensive understanding of ERP system, including practical applications.
• Proficiency in utilizing the features and functionalities of Dynamics 365.
• Basic skills in data management, encompassing data handling, import, and export processes within Dynamics 365.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation related to process flows and system navigation.
• Engage in professional development courses to refine soft skills, including:
• Effective communication in professional settings.
• Efficient time management techniques.
• Business-oriented English language proficiency.
• Collaborative teamwork skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Attend the RTA office at least one day per week to participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative projects as required

Role:2

Junior Finance Analyst

• At least 1 or 2 years of experience in finance stream with accounting or finance academic.
• Should have knowledge of MS tools – like MS Excel, PPT etc.
• Willing to come to office at least twice a week
• Should be good in English

Role:3

Junior IT Support Analyst

• Provide first-line support to users for password reset,account setup.
• Provide first-line technical support to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, and other systems.
• Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve basic technical problems.
• Respond to and manage incoming technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Able to perform basic software installation, and configuration.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless support for end-users.
• Good level of spoken English
• Willing to come to the office at least twice a week.

Role:3

Jr QA Engineer

• Basis the training that will be provided by Sr members in team
• Lear Credit Card functionalities
• Learn and perform Way4 Card onboarding process
• Learn and perform authorization activity using FINSIM simulator
• Learn and execute Test cases related to 3D Secure, SMS
• Validate Arabic SMS Text as part of the test cases
• Daily Status update on project activities
• Work from client office/Synechron office as per the org policies
