About the Role

A leading organization in the blockchain and crypto space is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee and drive the execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical initiatives within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Identify risks and proactively mitigate challenges to ensure smooth execution.
• Establish best practices for project management, documentation, and communication.
• Work closely with external partners and stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, Bitcoin restaking, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and execution focus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bitcoin restaking protocols or similar shared security systems.
• Prior work with CosmosSDK chains and cross-chain infrastructure.
• Strong network in the crypto engineering community.
