Infor Specialist (18-Month Contract – Dublin, Hybrid)

Are you an experienced ERP Project Manager with a strong background in Infor LN (or Baan) implementations? We’re looking for a skilled professional to support a major ERP transformation initiative, migrating from Baan to Infor LN Cloud across global manufacturing operations.

This is an 18-month contract role based in Dublin (hybrid), working with an in-house consulting team to deliver a heavily customized ERP solution for a leading multinational organization in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a well-established Infor LN Cloud implementation methodology
• Manage upgrades from legacy Baan systems, focusing on customized integrations
• Support regional rollouts in Europe (starting with Ireland), with potential travel to Asia for future phases
• Ensure alignment with predefined project plans, workflows, and risk frameworks
• Coordinate and track changes to a custom "house version" of Infor LN tailored for manufacturing
• Conduct integration testing and manage user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless delivery across time zones
• Document integration requirements and ensure knowledge transfer and project sustainability

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven track record in ERP project management, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of Infor LN and/or Baan systems
• Solid understanding of cloud ERP migration strategies and manufacturing workflows
• Comfortable executing projects within an existing, structured methodology
• Ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams across regions
• Willingness to travel within Europe, and to Asia as the project expands

Desirable Skills

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
• Familiarity with procurement modules, manufacturing-specific ERP features, and system customizations
• Experience documenting technical specifications and integration architecture
• Strong organizational and reporting skills using standard PM tools
