If you are fluent in Dutch, have a good level of French, and love challenges in Human Resources, keep reading:

• Manage employee administrative files and act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters
• Oversee time tracking, illness leaves, legal holidays, thematic leaves, and ensure all social documents are properly issued (onboarding/offboarding)
• Support recruitment activities
• Prepare and oversee salary payments and related administrative tasks
• Draft contracts and amendments, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks
• Fluent in Dutch with a good level of French
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Autonomous, enthusiastic, and eager to take initiative
• Proficient in common office tools
