UX Designer

As a UX Designer specializing in apps, you'll work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, and other designers to make our products intuitive, reliable, and a joy to use.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design thoughtful, usable experiences that meet both customer needs and business goals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
• Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve designs.
• Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept to production
• Participate in design critiques, workshops, and team rituals to raise the design quality bar
• Maintain design consistency across platforms/products.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in UX or product design
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and design thinking
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Portfolio showcasing solid design thinking and problem-solving for web and apps
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of accessibility best practices
• Comfortable conducting user research and working with data
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Visual design skills and attention to UI details
• Experience designing for a global user base.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS

The salary range for this position is € 3000 - € 4200 gross per month, based on your experience and competence.
