About the Role

We’re looking for Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You’ll be the one making sure our stories, campaigns, and updates find their way to the right people and spark real conversations.

In this role, you’ll manage our social media channels, prepare and coordinate content for them, and make sure our updates, campaigns, and stories are shared consistently across platforms. You’ll be the voice of our brand in the community: engaging with people, sharing what matters, and building relationships that last.

What You will do:

• Design high-impact banners for marketing campaigns and paid advertisements.
• Create website visuals, including images and infographics, that enhance user experience and conversion.
• Produce engaging social media graphics aligned with campaign goals.
• Ensure all designs follow and elevate existing brand guidelines.
• Continuously improve and refine brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with marketers, content creators, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Explore and apply new design trends, tools, and AI solutions to improve efficiency and creativity.

What makes You a great fit

Must-haves:

• 1+ year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize design workflows.
• Solid understanding of branding, visual identity, and marketing design principles.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into compelling visual concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
• Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Nice to have:

• Basic to intermediate UI design experience
• Experience working with UI guidelines.
• Familiarity with motion design or simple animations for digital ads and social media.

The salary range for this position: €2400- €2800  gross/month (depending on your experience).
