Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Scope Changes based on information provided by Program Managers (PM) and Project Team Members (PTM) using the SOW Request APP.
• Compile Scope Change data from Master Data, demonstrating outstanding attention to detail.
• Refine Statements of Work (SoW) in collaboration with PTM, applying your expertise in Master Data.
• Apply historical information and efficient phrasing of assumptions to improve the quality of Scope Changes.
• Collaborate closely with the Proposal team to ensure a standardized approach.
• Drive internal approvals of Scope Changes, ensuring a flawless process.
• Manage external approvals of Scope Changes through DocuSign.
• Report important data about Scope Changes, offering valuable insights.
• Co-own the SOW Request APP, including managing reports and lists, and foster process simplification and improvement in sync with the line manager and the Bio Division.
  
  

Key requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or a related field, with a strong interest in Biotechnology and detailed approaches.
• Technical experience in areas such as Quality Control, Analytical Development, MSAT, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Manufacturing.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the main steps in drug substance and drug product development, clinical supply, and logistics within the pharmacological development or manufacturing area preferred.
• Experience with project management is preferable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and capable of learning new software packages.
• Good presentation skills for various audience levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships within the site and an internal network, including Program Management, Proposals Manager, and Project Team Members.
• Achievement-focused and skilled at managing workload efficiently to meet deadlines.
