Traffic Manager | Resource Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Briefings support by collaboration with project owners to ensure clear, concise, and actionable briefings for freelancers, aligning expectations and project goals.
  • Selecting, engaging, and nurturing ongoing relationships with freelance talent, ensuring a reliable pool of skilled professionals.
  • Management of freelancers contact list, updating it regulary to ensure quick access to the right talent when required.
  • Talent Sourcing, actively identifing and recruiting new freelancers to expand network of skilled resources, ensuring flexibility and capacity for future projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in working with briefs (for or as designers, copywriters etc.)
  • Time management skills
  • Highly independent and pro-active approach
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Very good communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Experience as graphic designer would be a plus

What You Can Expect In The Recruitment Process

  • Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates
  • Step 2 Recruitment interview with HR person (videocall)
  • Step 3 Recruitment interview with direct manager
  • Step 4* Might be additional step - Trial task
