Job Description

Required Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT, with a strong background in banking and wealth management.

Proven experience in Java application development

Knowledge in REST services, and SQL.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and active participation in Agile ceremonies.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Puppet, and Bamboo is a plus.

Knowledge of FNZ Studio and experience in solution rollout across multiple countries is beneficial.

Must have completed the FNZ Full Developer training before joining the team, with certification to be obtained a few months after starting.

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must be a resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional analysis for various projects, focusing on evolution and maintenance within the Workflows domain.

Gather and analyze business requirements from relevant business lines, ensuring clear communication and documentation.

Develop and iterate functional specifications using Agile methodologies.

Provide third-level support for production incidents and continuously work on improving architectural limitations.

Define and execute functional test cases to validate proposed solutions.

Lead acceptance testing and provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.

Manage and document production incidents and user support requests requiring business analysis expertise.

Support development teams on best practices and propose innovative solutions to improve existing architectures.

Collaborate with solutions and enterprise architects to align technical solutions with architectural vision.

Participate in the design and implementation of system integrations, considering infrastructure aspects
