Re:work is partnering with our client on a collaborative campaign to recruit a Senior HR Generalist.

Role Summary

This is a broad and autonomous HR role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll lead across core HR functions and act as the key point of contact for employees and leadership alike.

It’s ideally suited to someone with strong generalist experience who thrives in an independent role.

About the Company & HR Dept

The business operates in the services sector with around 100 employees and has a collaborative, people-focused culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Lead employee relations and engagement activities
• Oversee performance reviews, training, and development planning
• Manage benefits, payroll liaison, and salary benchmarking
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies
• Report on HR data and support workforce planning with leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ generalist HR experience
• HR degree (CIPD qualification desirable)
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
• Proven ability to operate independently in a standalone HR capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities

• Salary: €55,000-€58,000
• Pension 4%
