Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Luzern (80-100%)

Role Overview:

Optimus Search has partnered with a leading machinery manufacturing company based near Luzern. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of complex technical platform projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the motor project processes and tools
• Define the methodologies and strategic roadmap of the projects
• Provide technical guidance to more junior members of the team
• Drive the delivery of international projects to be on time and on budget
• Collaborate with teams across the department to achieve these objectives

Requirements:

• Native or near-native level of German, with a similar level of English
• Degree (Uni/ETH/FH) in electrical or mechanical engineering, with further business education (like an MBA)
• PMP/PMI certification, or other forms of project manager training
• Over 5 years of experience in creating or leading motor projects in an industrial setting
• Familiarity with mechanical, electronic and microtechnical systems
• Experience working in highly regulated environments (medical, automotive etc)
