We are seeking an Expert Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant with extensive experience in developing enterprise-level BI solutions using Tableau, PowerBI, and Alteryx. The ideal candidate will lead the development of high-impact BI solutions, enabling strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You will architect and optimize complex Alteryx workflows, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of multiple BI projects in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise BI Solutions: Lead the development of BI solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI to provide clear insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Alteryx Workflow Optimization: Architect and enhance Alteryx workflows to improve data processing efficiency and enable advanced analytics capabilities.
• Project Management: Own and manage multiple high-impact BI projects, ensuring timely delivery while aligning with business goals and timelines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration to ensure the success of BI initiatives.
• Strategic Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights, enabling leadership teams to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 + years of experience in Tableau and Alteryx development.
• 5 + years of expertise in the Financial Services Industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, and Alteryx for creating BI solutions.
• Proficient in designing optimized Alteryx workflows for large-scale data processing and analytics.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical data into business insights.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

• Alteryx Designer Advanced Certified
• Tableau Consultant Certified
• PowerBI Data Analyst Certified (PL-300)
• MSQL Certified
• Certified Agile Practitioner
