Are you ready to discover the role of a Project Manager in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a Project Manager You Will

• Develop guidelines and provide support services to clients' departments concerning the Next Generation Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy Modernisation Plan implementation.
• Promote organizational innovation and support the use of the Innovation Lab to ensure co-innovation/co-creation.
• Coordinate discussions, workshops, and other community-building activities to create cross-department collaboration and support follow-up actions resulting from such collaboration, such as the development of common tools, services, data models, etc.
• Support departments in identifying new modernization initiatives based on their business priorities and documenting them.
  
  

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Master’s degree with 8+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Solid understanding of project management (scheduling, planning, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking).
• Proven experience in modernising complex organisations.
• Knowledge of quality procedures and high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
• Strong command of English (C1+), excellent communicator with negotiation skills, and able to participate in multilingual meetings.
• Skilled in meeting facilitation.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to change.
