Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a Project Manager in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a Project Manager You Will

• Develop guidelines and provide support to internal departments and agencies.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration through workshops and shared follow-up actions.
• Identify and document modernisation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Analyse initiatives to ensure alignment with the Digital Strategy and promote collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with corporate processes and alignment between business and IT.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and synergies with other initiatives.
• Structure initiatives into projects with clear ownership, budgets, milestones, and deadlines.
• Ensure all activities are documented within the Business Process Management framework.
  
  

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Master’s degree with 8+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of project management, including scheduling, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Proven experience in modernising complex organisations.
• Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality procedures and high standards.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
• Excellent command of English (C1+), strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, skilled in facilitation, and adaptable to change.
