Key Responsibilities:

Research & Development: Engage in the design and execution of studies aimed at investigating key life science questions within your area of expertise.

Technical Troubleshooting: Provide technical expertise during research and product development, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.

Product Translation: Work to translate research discoveries into viable, market-ready products.

Project Management: Oversee assigned projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.

Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, gathering, confirming, and conveying information to ensure project success.

Mentorship: May act as a mentor to junior colleagues, providing guidance and support in project execution.

Educational Background:

A University Degree in a relevant life science discipline is required.

Experience: While no prior experience is necessary, a strong theoretical knowledge base is essential.

Autonomy & Impact: Capable of working under close supervision on smaller, less complex projects with limited scope.

Innovation & Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, define, and address issues that are not immediately apparent, making minor changes to systems and processes where necessary.

Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying information within the immediate team and other internal stakeholders.
