Junior Engineer Production / HTL Graduate (f/m/d)

In this role, you will ensure smooth production processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain process stability while adhering to safety standards and supporting cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Documentation and standardization of production processes in collaboration with Process Engineering, Quality, and Environment, Health & Safety
• Training of team leaders and operators, maintaining up-to-date training materials for production tasks
• Support predictive and preventive maintenance, collaborating with maintenance engineers on data collection
• Participation in approval procedures with process, quality, and maintenance engineers after machine changes or downtime
• Contribution to cost-saving and process improvement projects, ensuring process stability by monitoring and analyzing production data
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Technical education (HTL or higher), ideally with first experience in the electronics industry or relevant experience with complex machines and their maintenance for at least 1-2 years
• Proficiency in German and English, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze data, and support cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work in shift models and cleanroom environment
• Basic IT skills (Word, Excel) and openness to travel for training
• Flexibility, adaptability, and readiness to work in a multicultural team
