People Excellence Partner

Hobson Prior is seeking a People Excellence Partner to help ensure that local HR processes align with global guidelines and support various HR activities that require a local presence. You will work closely with managers and employees to provide guidance and support in areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, learning, rewards, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Update local HR processes to match global standards.
• Assist with on-site HR tasks and language-specific needs.
• Help with hiring activities alongside the recruitment team.
• Conduct workshops to improve manager skills and support employee development.
• Manage local training administration and audits.
• Assist in negotiating labour agreements and managing budgets.
• Provide reports using local data sources.
• Support organizational changes and manage transitions.
• Advise on employee relations and handle cases from start to finish.
• Assist with relocation processes when needed.
• Encourage the use of self-service tools for managers and employees.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Experience in handling HR processes and employee relations.
• Proficiency in local language and understanding of local labour laws.
