This is an on-site role in Oslo - possibility to work some periods in Poland.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be working for our client – a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration with external partners and optimizing IT operations.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Asist in setting requirements and critical questions for external partners to enhance efficiency.
• Outline and negotiate operating agreements with external partners.
• Document and gain insights into IT architecture and integrations.
• Define SLAs and critical service uptime requirements.
• Set up monitoring mechanisms for service downtime and errors.
• Collaborate with business resources to map management tool needs, such as dashboards.
  
  

You're Ideal For The Role If You Have

• 5 to 7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Architect.
• Programming experience is desirable.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Experience with IT operations.
